Discover
We begin every engagement by deeply understanding the client's current operating model. This means working with process owners, reviewing existing forms, records and reports, and identifying pain points, bottlenecks and risks.
We do not propose solutions at this stage. The discovery phase exists to create a shared understanding of the problem before any design work begins.

Design
With a clear picture of the current state, we prepare process maps, requirements and architecture that reflect how the organisation should operate after implementation.

Build & Migrate
Development and migration happen in controlled iterations against the agreed blueprint. Users are involved in testing at each stage — not just at the end — so that issues are caught and resolved while changes are still easy to make.
Data migration is treated as a critical activity with its own cleanup, validation and import planning work stream.

Stabilise & Improve
